The hotel is conveniently located just beside the train station with friendly service, but the rooms feel a bit claustrophobic. Despite that, the dining experience is delightful with tasty options.

The hotel is wonderfully located next to Hakata Station, just a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, although small for 3 guests, were clean and comfortable. The service was mixed; while staff could assist in Japanese, they lacked English communication skills. Dining options were good, especially the sausage, but more Japanese food choices would be welcomed. The hotel boasts a great location near various dining and shopping spots, yet some language barrier issues could arise with the staff.

I stayed at the hotel located right inside the station, and despite the busy surroundings, it was remarkably quiet. The rooms, though small, remained consistent throughout my stay, and changes seemed challenging to request. The service staff, while sometimes inattentive with greetings, did go the extra mile in being nice and helpful. The location was superb, particularly for accessing the JR train, making transport to other areas a breeze. The dining options, notably in the basement restaurant, were satisfactory, though with limitations like extra charges and a desire for more Japanese-style dishes.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel which offers a good bed and en-suite facilities for two persons but may feel a bit cramped for three people. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the location was very convenient to public transportation. The dining options were good but could have had more Japanese style food choices. Overall, a comfortable stay worth the price.
